We are delighted to share that our team successfully organized a Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Screening Camp in collaboration with Province Hospital, Damauli. The event was held in Damauli and aimed to promote early detection and prevention of lifestyle-related health conditions. The camp focused on identifying common NCD risk factors and health issues among the community. Our dedicated healthcare professionals and volunteers provided Blood Pressure Measurement, Random Blood Sugar (RBS) Testing, BMI, Waist-Hip Ratio Assessment, and Counseling on Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle Modification. Over 200+ people were screened for hypertension, diabetes, and other NCD risk factors with personalized health counseling and education. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Province Hospital, Damauli for their invaluable support and collaboration in making this camp a success.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of an Awareness Program on Heart Health at Nirmal School, Damauli, organized for students of Classes 8 to 10. The session was designed to educate young minds about the importance of cardiovascular health and emergency response. Our interactive session covered key topics including Basics of Heart Health – Understanding how the heart works and why it's important to keep it healthy, Cardiac Arrest & Heart Diseases – Early warning signs, prevention strategies, and healthy lifestyle choices, and Hands-Only CPR Demonstration – Practical training on how to respond during a cardiac emergency and potentially save lives. Over 300+ students participated actively in the session with hands-on CPR demonstration and interactive Q&A to address students' questions and misconceptions.

We recently conducted a free Cardiovascular Disease Screening Health Camp in Dubung, Rishing VDC, Tanahun, under the leadership of Dr. Sandip Pandey, President of Hridaya Aarogya Nepal, in collaboration with Dr. Paribartan Baral; medical superintendent of Province Hospital, Damauli, Batas Foundation. Over 250 individuals participated, where we provided basic anthropometric assessments, vital signs monitoring (BP, pulse, SpO₂, RR), ECG, urine dipstick testing, and free medications. The camp highlighted the growing burden of cardiovascular risks in rural Nepal and emphasized the need for early detection and community-based interventions. The overwhelming participation and support from the local community made the camp a meaningful and impactful experience, inspiring us to plan for future follow-up and health education initiatives.
